MBR Wastewater Treatment Equipment is a process that combines the biological treatment process of activated sludge with the membrane separation process. MBRS come in two combinations, split and integral. In the split-type, the biological treatment unit and the membrane separation unit are placed separately, while in the one-piece, the membrane separation element is placed within the biological treatment unit. Generally, small systems tend to adopt integrated MBR, while large systems prefer to separate the membrane separation unit from the biological reaction cell, which is equivalent to replacing the secondary sedimentation cell in the traditional process.

Working Principle

The Mbr Wastewater Treatment Euipment series products adopt A2O+ MBR technology. The advantage of the A2O process is that it can make full use of nitrate nitrogen in the nitrification solution to oxidize BOD5, recover part of the oxygen demand of the nitrification reaction, and the alkalinity generated by the denitrification reaction can partially compensate for the alkalinity consumed by the nitrification reaction, so For urban sewage with low nitrogen concentration, it is not necessary to add alkali to adjust pH. Through the efficient separation of MBR membrane, the separation effect is much better than that of traditional sedimentation tanks, the treated effluent is extremely clear, and the suspended solids and turbidity are close to zero.

Application

Membrane bioreactor (MBR) is a new and efficient wastewater treatment technology which combines membrane separation and biological treatment. The denitrification mechanism of industrial nitrogenous wastewater includes two basic processes: nitrification and denitrification. Nitrification refers to the process of converting ammonia nitrogen into nitrate nitrogen, which is mainly completed by two types of aerobic autotrophic bacteria, nitrifying bacteria and nitrifying bacteria.

MBR membrane technology first by activated sludge removal of biodegradable organic pollutants in water, and then USES the membrane component force intercept the activated sludge bioreactor and the vast majority of suspended solids, implementation after purification of water and activated sludge solid-liquid separation, thus strengthened the biochemical reaction, improve the effect of the sewage treatment and water quality.

The MBR process has a significant effect on COD treatment in the wastewater of nitrogen fertilizer industry, and its biochemical strain regimen and acclimation stage is short, showing a stable effect from the third day. In stable treatment stage and normal operation stage, the COD removal rate can maintain high, and the removal rate is more than 90%. The average COD for export should be controlled below 30mg/L.
