It can promote the circulation of the fluid in the reactor, improve the degradation efficiency of activated sludge, and make the hollow fiber membrane fibers rub against each other to clean the membrane components.
Equipment Description
Water Treatment Equipments have a series of products using the "A2O + tubular membrane" process. The external tubular membrane replaces the traditional MBR membrane pool and is placed between the equipment. Working Principle
The Water Treatment Equipments adopts AAO process, and the equipment is divided into anaerobic zone, anoxic zone and aerobic zone.
1. In the anaerobic zone, the original sewage enters simultaneously with the phosphorus-containing reflux sludge discharged from the sedimentation tank. The main function of the reaction zone is to release phosphorus and ammonify some organic matter at the same time;
2. hypoxia reaction zone, the primary function is denitrification, nitrate nitrogen is sent by the aerobic reaction zone through the internal circulation, the circulation of mixed liquid volume is large, generally 2Q (Q is the original sewage flow);
3. Aerobic reaction zone -- aeration tank. This reaction unit is multifunctional, where BOD removal, nitrification and phosphorus absorption are carried out. From here the mixture flows back to the anoxic response zone at a flow rate of 2Q.
